Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total.
I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and those will be handled with care and consideration.
Payment
All major credit cards and cash are accepted.
If paying with cash, please bring the exact amount, as change is not kept in the salon suite.

Service adjustments
Your satisfaction is important.
If a minor adjustment is needed after your service, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment unless otherwise discussed during your consultation.

All service sales are final.
